moderna Giovanna d’Arco, che parla con Dio che assume sembianze umane. Cercando
di nascondere questi colloqui e i compiti che le sono stati affidati, Joan
conduce una vita tranquilla accanto al padre poliziotto Will, alla madre Helen,
al fratello quindicenne Luke e al fratello più grande Kevin, promettente talento
sportivo fino all'incidente in macchina che lo ha costretto su una sedia a
rotelle.
